SSR shared tips for daily meditation using binaural beats

Sushant Singh Rajput’s inclination towards exploring his spiritual side has been seen many times through his social media post. Apart from the regular meditating process, SSR uses binaural beats to help him enhance this process. The art of using binaural beats has been around for a long period of time. After almost forty-five years of conducive research conducted by scientists, it is proven that it is used by people all over the world to entrain the brain into different states to stimulate mood.

SSR used to vouched by this method of meditation and uses the Idoze app almost daily which helps to stimulate different moods and experiences.

He also mentioned the term fractals, which are never-ending patterns created by repeating the same process over and over again. Fractals have the capacity to solve real-life problems that the world is facing today.

Do You Know?

Music has the potential of awakening, energizing, recharging and heightening your moods. Let’s say you want to use OM Mantra binaural beats to relieve stress.

Here’s what you can do:

Get into a meditative state, switch on your favourite calming binaural beats. And become aware of your mental movement.

Understand your mental chatter and you will realize some of its negative trends.

You can shut this down in two ways:
1. Continue to bring your mind and focus on the music each time you wander off to your worries;
2. Whenever you feel an unwanted thought intruding your mind, immediately replace it with a happy thought.

The best part about listening to meditative binaural beats is once you get accustomed to it, you will easily relax into the music and slowly allow the beats to do the work without having to train your mind again and again.

Let me tell you that I had been toying with the concept of “BioHacking” for a while. But, in 2018, after a deep and engrossing discussion with a friend (Sushant Singh Rajput), I began exploring the term in detail. We spent some time during his movie ( Kizzie Aur Manny, later renamed as Dil Bechara) shoot where I was consulting him on communication, digital & many other things. I observed & tested the similar diet, schedule, & music.

Brainwaves are rhythmic, repetitive patterns of neural activity (neural oscillations) in the central nervous system. Brainwaves can be produced by synchronised electrical pulses from different masses of neurons communicating with each other. Neural tissue can generate oscillatory patterns in many ways, driven either by mechanisms within individual neurons or by interactions between different masses of neurons.

Those you don’t know about biohacking, i have experimented & documented few basic things on dobiohacking.com. Soon will share a detailed resource on the same here.

Last but not least, how many of you actually used & experienced the binaural beat or brain waves?

I really wish, he was there to connect with us through this platform. It’s a blessing to know about all these things!

IT’S THOUGHT PROVOKING AND “AHA” EXPERIENCE…I REGRET HUGELY THAT I MISSED YOUR PRESENCE WHEN YOU WERE HERE DUE TO MY INACTIVE PRESENCE IN SOCIAL MEDIA…I WILL KEEP YOU ALIVE THE WAY YOU ARE..

Firstly thanks for sharing something which I didn’t have knowledge about. This platform gets us to know how Sushant was as a person and makes me feel closer to him.

Had he still been around physically here I am pretty sure He would have brought about a great change ( exponentially constructive) in what we see…One can see his notes about his company Innsaei to know he really might have done something out of the blue……Truly blessed with a great mind ….and We were truly blessed with this Visionary ..:)
