How Sushant Singh Rajput was Drawing inspiration from the power of Vedas and Yoga.

Sushant Singh Rajput was truly inspired by the effectiveness of the Vedas and yoga on human minds. In carving out the niche journey in his life and career, the teachings from the Vedas have played a significant role. A polymath who strives for excellence in all spheres, Sushant Singh Rajput had been taking inspirations from the teachings of Vedas and Yoga.

SSR believed that the strength that one receives from the most ancient and sacred writings of India is comparable to none. With a passion for learning and exploring new things, he looked further to understand the teachings of Vedas and Yoga. He also visited Yogada Satsang Society of India to learn and develop the skills of yoga within himself.

Sushant was Biohacker, he was an early riser, he uses to starts his days by reciting the mantras. A firm believer in the Vedas and the power of yoga, Sushant, felt the essence of spirituality every time he recites the mantras. Sushant’s idea of rejuvenating himself was peacefully reciting his mantras, om frequencies (binaural beats) and practising yoga, as we had known from time immemorial yoga is one of the most relaxing practices followed across the globe.

He relied on this practice every single day, to strengthen his mind and reset the course.

The biggest lesson I got from you , is “Continuous Learning” and be always ready to improve yourself… So this journey of learning continues till my last breath 🌟💫🌠

Always wondered, how an idol should be? Sushant, you were the perfect idol. Could have become the perfect Guru to so many with just how you live your life. Still you achieved so much in such young age. My life journey and learnings will all be dedicated to you.

He was a divine light that was forcefully brought down by the evils in glum industry,I believe that energy can never be created nor destroyed but he will definitely come again in this world and will be star of the millennium

Whoever came up with the idea of sharing more of Sushant with us, a big thank you! He has inspired me all his life and will continue to do so.

I am Speechless…I regret for not following when he was alive. But somewhere in my heart he was always their since we have a same background and the struggle that we have been through. Today he is the biggest inspiration for me… No matter what you should never stop learning and always try to achieve your dreams.

Self realization of Being Spiritual… Attitude towards life was too good…. Good human being….Sushant May your mind body n soul rest in peace forever.. God bless you…. Your soul will always keep smiling 🙏🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

Such a meaningful post, I remember him mentioning in one of interviews how much we can learn from the Vedas and ancient text and correlate it to our life today. Isn’t it amazing the more you read it about him the more he inspires you. Really wish someone could compile a book about all this, people need this.

There are two important things that he was not a vedantin:
1) As taught by my guru: you gotta like what you do (not do what you like): because according to my guru, whatever you are doing is given (as designed) and it is not according to “raag and dwesha” that you personally have. The basic 101 vedanta is to over grow your raagas and dweshas (likes and dislikes)
2) ” Happiness is excitement” is how SSR defined happiness. This is wrong definition per vedanta. When you are pursing excitement, you are pursuing the “experiences”. Vedanta is all about the EXPERIENCER and not experiences. Because experiences are finite and transitory where as the nature of experiencer is infinite
I wish SSR had a vedanta teacher from authentic sources.

Sushant has taken me to words, sentences, thinking and spheres of knowledge that I had never known before. The heartbreaking part is that it took his death for us to understand him as a person 😒
