Dear Sir/Madam,
SSR case is not an isolated case. Such brazen act happens due faulty system. To overcome, eminent personalities from various domains in country must make sure collegium system (akin to SC) in CBI, Police, AIIMS, NCB, ED, IT, CID, ACB, Forensic dept. Centre or State should not have a say in appointment or transfers or ordering probe.
Hathras, Sunanda Pushkar (U Turn by Dr. Gupta saying pressure in 2014), SSR are all the result of faulty system.
All agencies are being grossly misused by the governments. Need to make public to go against faulty system in a big way across the country.
