Sushant had once talked of creating a Darwinian socio-economic structure based on Nonlinear Emergence. He had devised a new relevant education system that will acknowledge Convergence. Innsaei Ventures was based on Convergence of IP and Emergent Technologies. EQ and probelm solving ability were 2 important factors of growth according to him. Where did he get this idea from? What exactly was his idea of thsi new education system? Can anyone please share any books/videos etc which explain these concepts of Convergence and Emergence in society and science?
