To Anni, the Champ…💌

Dear Anni,

A year has passed by after Chhichhore, the story changes and the girl feels awestruck each time when YOU are around her. Yes, the girl is none other than me and you already know it. This film is long kept due in my must watch bucket list of yours, because I don’t want to consider you as ‘Manny’ with a finite ending and thus made a slight permutation in my watch list. You are always a Champ Forever like Anni, etched in Angi’s heart. Anni-Angi, sounds nice, right? Now, coming to the film. I won’t say anything about your magical presence onscreen but I would like to say that Raghav is the luckiest to have a cool Dad like You. I care for the moments when you care for him, the moment you were tensed when his condition was critical and I felt like holding your hands tight then. And say, “Relax, dear. You have the power to hold on nerves in any tight situation. You are the real Fighter.” And such was the team of H4 who may be the ‘Losers’ in sports but were the actual ‘Winners’ in a game called LIFE. You were looking dapper in the white jersey while playing cricket at GC and I was actually virtually cheering like Saakshi for Dhoni. And moreover, when you were in spects, I find a resonance with the look of your college days back in 2006 when you were riding the ‘first’ yellow-black Honda bike bought by giving tuitions to the aspiring engineering students. On that day also, You were a Champ in your life, who thereafter passes on the same mantra for being a Champ in the most simple way i.e. Live, Laugh, Love.

Still the bucket list has many left to be explored. I feel blessed that I have not explored YOU earlier, if it had been so, I would have been left with nothing now, but a mere voidness admist negativities which would turn out to be irreplaceable. But God has planned some other way for us and that is for the best which I am truly enjoying. I hope, You too feel the same. Because I don’t have the chance to say that, I miss you but I have the chance to say proudly that, I love you beyond the Horizon, Champ…💙💛🌈
