Sushant, I am calling you our Dhruv Taara (the Pole Star), because that’s what you are. The brightest star up in the sky.
It has been more than 2 months since you’ve been gone., or should I say taken away from us. But every day is a battle, waking up in this world where someone like you has been treated so badly. It horrifies me as to what can then happen to people like me?
I don’t think I’ll ever come to terms with you being gone! You’re so young, so beautiful and just 34!
Seeing your pictures makes it harder, that beautiful heart-warming smile breaks my heart a little more each time.
But I hope you’re with your Ma, happy and content with the most comfortable pillow in the world – her lap.
It would be an understatement to say that you’re one of a kind, I guess you’re not made for this world Sush…you represented so many things homosapiens aren’t mostly capable of.
And you’re something that most people in this world with a close to 8 billion population can never be, you’re HUMAN. And we, SSRIANS may disagree on everything but that.
I promise Sushant, I’d try to complete some of your dreams and make sure some of you lives in me. Even if I’m capable of fulfilling 1/5 of them, I’d say I’ve been successful, because your level is unmatched and I bow down to you, my dear Friend.
Just like you, I’m a Bhole Bhakt too. I’d try to find you in the mountains whenever I get to visit Kedarnath. I will try to find you in the air that circulates those mountains, in every place that you touched.
I will try to find you with Bhole Baba because if favorites have to be chosen you’d be his favourite child! 🙂
And just like you, I’ve been fascinated by the stars too. I’d try to find you up there in the sky, in the constellations, and I’m sure you’d smile right back at me, because that’s something you’re always compelled to do right? Smile. 🙂
And a promise to you, we’ll find the truth, Sush.
We’ll not stop till we get justice for you.
See you on the other side, we shall meet someday.
Till then,
Rest my friend
Rest in peace. <3
